Synopsis
void spDumpPlayer (const SPPlayer *player)
Description
Prints out a bunch of debug information for an SPPlayer including:
. list of the SPPlayer's SPSounds
. list of each SPSound's SPMarkers
. cross reference of static branches between markers

- player
- Pointer to SPPlayer to print.
